3d Printer
Got myself a nice little 3d printer, prints with ABS, Started making some baffles for my mrod.
The sweet thing about printing is its additive not subtractive like machining so you can create some really cool stuff that would be damn hard if not impossible to machine.
So if you have a idea for a baffle that you’d like to bring to life give me a holler, we’ll see if it can be done.

4K is way high nowadays.
I’m currently waiting to get my first set of k-baffles insert back from a friend with a printer.
If it helps, I’ll order the same design from Ponoko who has a much stronger plastic.
On the Mac AutoDesk Inventor Fusion is free. It is missing re-dimensioning so you need to edit it by hand, but it does the job. (and parametric dimensioning).
I’ll post picks as soon as bill finishes printing (tonight I hope, I’ve heard no more bad news).
