4500psi and microbore vs nonmicrobore hose ??

I’m looking into buying a carbon fiber scba 4500psi tank and associated refill clamp, hoses, etc. after recently discovering that my scuba tank is a 3000psi bomb waiting to go off (it’s made with vintage 1986, 6351-T6 alloy.)
I’ve got a few thoughts regarding 4500psi. Anyone good with math?
Is there significantly more air loss with a normal hose vs a microbore hose to justify the $20-$30 price difference? Or my real question should be what is the air loss in other hoses with respect to the microbore 0.07″ hose? Is it significant with respect to real world total # of fills?
According to airhogs refill calculator, there’s 21 fills from a 44/4500 tank filling 490cc from 2000 to 2700…I figure that is with zero loss. So what is the loss due to “filling/bleeding the hose?” (not to mention filling/bleeding the cga347 fitting, tee, gauge, adapters, etc and then the hose too.)
Speaking in terms of # of fills, my opinion is that the ‘gain or loss’ is greater simply from the little variance in starting or ending fill pressure, especially in eyeballing say 2700psi on the pressure gauge. (Filling to 2750 from 2000 gives 19 fills, 2800psi gives 18fills.)
I don’t know how much air it takes to fill a hose from zero to 2700psi. I wonder if my intuition is way off or not. The math will help.

I just find that the micro hose is easier to handle therefore worth the $20-
$30.00 to me….. I don’t think there is a lot of volume difference between
the 2 but I am sure the micro hose holds less than the fat rubber ones….
