Q:

5 pumps down in 500 shots

Less then 25 working days, and some 500 shots has been the death of 4 axsor pumps. And now the hill pump will not pump past 2000 psi.
I started with pcp’s in Jan. 09. In that time I have had less then 25 days when things were working so as to be able to shoot. 25 out of 221 days will not do it.
I am shooting a TT condor, and a Sumatra 2500.
I live off line in the woods of western washington and need to have a way to power the guns by hand. Your advice is welcome. Even as I wright this I just had a wolf size dog come down on my chickens, and I have nothing to save them with but yelling. Have you ever tryed yelling at a racoon with a chicken in its mouth. It will not stop them from coming back for more, nor will it for dogs. In the last 3 weeks we have had a cougar take down 2 goats 2 horses and with in 1Mi of me. And 3 sheep with in 5Mi. Is there nothing that will last to hand power a pcp?

Hills pump is usually rock solid. Surprised that failed on you 😯 Must of just been bad luck 🙄 😆
Sort the Hill pump out and I’m sure it will serve you well….
