50 Yards or less
Is it worth getting the condor ss over the talon ss in .22 if all you are shooting is 50 yards or less? I have the talon ss now and it is a good shooter with a lot of shots per fill. I am thinking of getting a condor ss in .22 now and maybe a .257 barrel for it.

I apologize, I actually have a Condor and a Talon. Niether are ss models. Bone stock the condor is louder than the talon but is a lot more powerful. My talon is set up with a reg’s condor valve, tank and hammer. So essentially a reg’d talondor. I have it set up for close in small critter work and target shooting for fun. My condor is set up for bigger stuff or just really taking out some hatred on small stuff like rats etc. I think it is nice to have one set up for each. I had the tank and scope siting there nect to the condor so in about 5 mintues I could go from cannon to reg’d precision work but got tired of changing the scope and tank back and forth.
Most of my shooting is 50 or les also. Rats are about 13 yards. Yotes to 40. I can stretch it out to 65 for targets If I want to.
