Q:

50yd .22 vet. new sumo ldc

A little 50 yd shooting from a veteran ” double pun lol”
Went to my best dove spot a work job site and got 6 dove with-in 1.5 hrs
So got to do 50 yard shooting found out 20 and 50 yard are the same sight in picture so that’s good
This veteran is pellet on pellet —– I m not lol lol getting old and I was in a sitting position so not prone
Got donnys new “sumo” ldc and man very well built ldc and believe it or not quieter than the fat boy
So I think I’ll be selling that fat boy for a few dollars off it being its brand-new

The orange is 10 shots sitting gun resting on truck tailgate . And the Multi shot target is one shot per target unless I missed bull then I took another top middle scope adjustment
I did make two clicks adj to left on last 5 shots first row on left
This new ldc is very quiet noticeably different than the fat boy
And looks pretty good on the gun I really liked dairy boys when he got his so I got one glad I did I’m going to buy a large caliber as soon as he makes

i just took a rail and drilled the holes no need for counter sinking the nuts in back because there lots of room used 1″ bolts with washer and lock nut
the 1″ come just right for the washer and nut but lots of cutout wood inside the stock never close to the air tank my vulcan i had to counter sink so as not to hit .

What rail is that you used?

Wonder is the SUMO is helping to clean up the air as the pellet leaves it? Shooting like a laser!

Very nice!

Thanks for the heads up and pics. I gotta say once again, that dark brown color is very nice.

That was the route I was thinking. Except the fact you have a real Atlas, or a better clone than most? I’ll be going the clone route.

Boss, post for us a close up of your bipod mounting setup, por favor.

ya smother than the vulcan i had both where pellet on pellet both better shooters than me but the safety is nicer on the veteran, i never had the side lever on the vulcan just bolt ,but the veteran is smooth cocking the double feed fix is great and with the new ldc even more quiet than the fatboy…. and way more quiet than the vulcan .. but my vulcan was a .25 and my vet is a .22 …. heavy but balanced rifle so not bad… a lot more heavy than say my warp…..still a good dove gun for sure got 7 dove today but are work yard is cross from a muslim Christian church caldeain ?
so thought i best not be shooting a scoped rifle on sunday morning so left early LOL LOL “good thinking clint “left just as they where all showing up for mass…..LOL LOL
