Q:

6shot 9mm build

whiped this up over the last month.. i made the barrel an a few parts in august … not finished it yet but close
trying to teach my self some cnc , so i made the barrel band an front band/site and the indexer an 2 different rough stocks on my cnc machine pretty happy with my sloppy skills .
finally got to do some shooting the other day an today . not much to tweek on it now, pretty much where id like… it since it holds 6 shot im not looking for power
it shoots near 700 with 156gr slugs well over with the 124gr . i hope to make up some 70 gr for some longer distance shooting . hoping for 950f/s with that weight.
the indexer is self feeding , it cranks around by hand an then you load it . an advance with each time you cock the gun .
so far it’s grouping well at 35-40 passes or 120feet aproxx , stacked a few slug in the same dent on my target . try 200 feet tomorow if it s nice.

not that one… this was a quite small forum that had various tinker builds and such….

But thanks, anyway! 😀

Insane…. nice build!!!

Hey, not to hijack, but if I recall correctly, you were or are a member of another forum… perhaps a Canadian forum that covers different builds and such? I used to be a member there, but somehow lost the site name and cannot recall what it was. Care to refresh my memory?

since the bore is rifled lightly an about 1-20 twist the slugs don’t need much , so my bore is about -.355 slugs .357 . might try a bunch of other barrels an see if there are any realy bad ones .

That turned out real nice jez. You put “art” into your rifles…makes them unique. 😎

Sounds like that barrel turned out nice too. 😀 Look forward to the 200foot testing.

Mind if I ask how your unfired slugs measure in comparison to the bore?

Keep up the great work. :thumb:
