Q:

9 MM Home Build (with a new 26 inch barrel installed)

My 9MM (actualy .357) Homebuild.
With newly installed 26 inch barrel.
Click on / click off safety.
Double hammer spring, an inner spring inside the regular spring.
Extra heavy, all brass hammer.
Extra long hammer stroke for opening big valves.
Valve with a .437 stem and .270 opening.
Shown with a 68 Cu Inch, 4500 PSI bottle.
The tapered end cap has a Dulrin plastic bushing in it, to “float” the front barrel mount.

Sends a 150 grain slug down range at 835 FPS (with a 3400 PSI fill) – 240 FPE
Sends a 90 grain slug out at 925 FPS (with a 3000 PSI fill)
(I have seen it do 980 FPS with a 90 gr slug – at its best)
Better power than a stock, 50 cal “Dragon Slayer”, and flatter shooting.

I have a peep sight ordered for it. Will build the sight mounts when it comes in the mail.

Very nice work too. What sort of range will you get with a decent flat trajectory?

Oh, make us a movie.

WOW….I bet your proud of it but, now way that you could be as proud as I am impressed……Unbelievable
Great job

super nice stuff ,,, and great power , im surprised it will squeez that much out . i figure the hammer would be limited . but seems you got no troubles there .

Been doing some serious valve work over the last 3 days.

Also got a new 105 grain bullet mold.

919 FPS 150 GRAIN 3200 PSI FILL 281 FPE
1044 FPS 90 GRAIN 3000 PSI FILL 218 FPE

5 SHOT STRING
START 3000 PSI
END 2500 PSI
68 CUBIC INCH TANK

1000 FPS 105 GRAIN 233 FPE
992 FPS 105 GRAIN 229 FPE
956 FPS 105 GRAIN 213 FPE
910 FPS 105 GRAIN 193 FPE
885 FPS 105 GRAIN 183 FPE

With 1000 FPS and 105 grain bullet, this gun will deliver 195 FPE at 75 yards.

Pix of 150 grain, 105 grain, and 21 grain .22 cal

Blowing the hell out of a thick catalog.
