Q:

90 Yard shot group

I shot this group right before dark today. Latley, it’s about the only time the wind dies down. It was very light tonight. These birchwood casy targets are hard to measure, but I get a kick out of shoot them!

First couple of pellets were Kodiaks. Not so good, so I covered them up like a cat covering a turd in a litter box. 😆

These were the new JSB Kings in .25 with 10 shots fired on target.

The small target on bottom was 10 shots at 50 yards.
I’m liking these new JSB’s more and more! 😉

Pab, If you can’t find any, let me know. I will be ordering more in a week or two. 😉

I had ten, tin’s and they are just about gone. They are addicting!

All boastin’ and shittin’ aside, that is a proper tight group for that range. Simple as.
I’ve gotta get me some of those pellets, not sure if we can get them over here yet??
Just gotta get through the 2000 .25 kodiaks I not long got……

I don’t know, Mam’s getting some mighty good groups! 😉 😀

Nothing to sneeze at there Mike…Really nice….

Hey Mike, like maw said, do a 100yd. group for the record. Do it for the TAG gang. Some one has to do it and looks like you are the ONE.

I finally got it measured. 50 yard Group, 1/4″ or 8mm APX.
90 yard Group, 1/2″ or 16mm APX. (Crude ruler).

One of these days I am going to shoot a group off a bench. This was standing, leaning over a rest with the bi-pod, and sholder held. Still not as steady as a bench by a long shot.

The velocity is just under 1000 fps. Yel01zo6 mailed a lighter hammer for it f few days ago. I’m anxious to try it, but I’m almost “SKEERED” to mess with it now. The .25 is shooting better than it ever has.

The Barrel is the one Walt In Hawaii built up for me.I did lap the barrel, and polished the crown. BUT—I may have been better off not polishing the crown. Walt did a fine job. I just can’t leave things alone! 😆 It didn’t need it at all.

thats nice knife, did you get your tuning problem fixed.and keep the curve under 1000

Good shootin’ Mike 😯 😎

Go for the 100 yrd record, great shooting!!

Amazing !

Hey Knife, what was the velocity (if you knew) and were you using the regular Condor hammer and valve? Have you done something to the barrel like lapping or recrowning etc.? Thx

Very nice. Wall hanger. 😀

man, i guess what they say is true even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once and a while LOL 😉 nice shootin Knife
