A couple noob questions
Is the talon barrel .625?
Would a ported muzzle brake from mazzle mack help to reduce the report?
How loud would it be compared to a magnum springer?
What do you guys use for a backstop
And last but not least how fast would a talon go in .22 with a 24 inch .22 or .25 go?

Will a benjamin hpa pump fill a airforce gun withot any adapters and if not what ones would i need. Thanks for the info guys.

1. Sounds about right… Inside of frame is 1″+ , everything is put away right now and I am feeling lazy.
2. Lama is right, increase, shroud for decreasing.
3. Talon in .22 with a 18″ barrel will be really loud above 1070 fps (22 rimfire loud) and loud below 1050 fps… Springer report is nothing compared to a .22 cal Talon at 1050 fps pushing heavy pellets without a shroud. (PabloUK :lol:)
4. Duct seal, plywood and steel. The build instructions are in the Reference Section… Look for ‘pellet trap’. (PabloUK :lol:)
5. At or below 1050 fps (the speed of sound) so they do not go transonic… (Lama :lol:)
6. Yes you will need a chronograph, either a Chrony or the little one that clips on the muzzle… 😉

2: Muzzle breaks increase noise, they do not make it quieter. So no.
3: The normal talon will be a good bit louder than a springer
4: Something the pellet won’t go through.
5: Faster than the squirrel can run.
