Well, tried screwing it in all the way, still leaked, of course, so orderred a new stopper from Air Force, and after doing that, I thought, we really should have a picture of Rachel on here, so next time someone calls, ask her, if she would post a picture or let us do it. I also called PA and changed my order, since they had 43 Eun Jins, and not the 35’s, and told them I thought they were discontinued, and they told me the name Sam Yang was, so now they will say Eun Jins. Pabs, I maybe able to get one cheap, I heard someone talking about they could not make heads or tails out of the valve.

Where do they make these airforce valves, China?? 😆

Do yourself a favour Maw and get a blod valve or Lang valve 😉

How do you know how far to screw the screw back in ? I read you don’t screw it all the way, so do you just go by if the valve stem having plenty of spring tension?

I screwed it in about 3/4-7/8 of the way in maw…I did have to take one
apart once because is wasn’t screwed in enough but, I had screwed it in
just enough to keep the valve from having any slack in it and then
another 1 or 2 turns….The only thing that can happen is that you have
to take it off and tighten it again if it tries to dump the tank….I was
trying to get it just tight enough to keep it from dumping the tank..Here is
a picture of the Talon valve I did maw.

Ole mam helped me save a ton of time and pellets when I got started he’s ok in my book.

Well that sux maw…I never had a problem with the seat itself….All I
ever had to do was Teflon it and screw the nut back in.

That’s no way to talk about Tron. 😆 😆 😆

my valve, my valve, it holds some air, but not too much maybe 400 pounds if I screw the retainer screw in some more , do you think thay is all I need do? I don’t have a vise and I put it on tight before I read your post, I’ll have to wait till tomarrow to find out.

Well, I took it off and didn’t see the screw backed out a long ways, maybe a couple of turns,do the valve seats get wear or the cheap delrin stopper, I’m going to take it apart again and try screwing it in all the way in, I don’t think this is going to solve my problem, I may need a new stopper or seat. The delrin seat has a little ring around it.

Glad to help maw….You should find that the valve has some slack in it
when you let out the air of the tank…That is a sure sign that the nut has
backed off…Now to get the stinkin valve unscrewed…Aarrrgghhh! maw
all I did was hand tighten the valve when I put it back on and I had no
problems with it leaking….I did that several times with several different
valves and had no problems with any of them…Makes it much easier if
you have to take it off again…Hope it works out for ya!
