I made a donut with some puddy and now I can’t find the quarter….It flew off somewhere…I just nicked the side…Maybe I’ll find it tomorrow when there is more light…

I had a feeling, you now using energy to dent the wood…

The best would be something to hold the rim to keep all the energy going into the quarter… 😯 What that would look like is beyond me… 🙄

Got any silver quarters? They would bend more than the composition of the modern quarter…

Kodiaks this time….I thought for sure there would be more damage if the quarters were taped to a 2×8 but, it looks like less….

I am going to pound it back out with a JSB 18.1gr hammer….If I hit it just right it should be as good as new….lol

I thought about using a fender washer but they are worth more than the quarter these days….And I was afraid I would shoot right through the hole…lol…

decent shooting. But a [b]dead center quarter @ 60[/b]? Congrats!! That’s truly
a great shot ❗

3 shots to hit it dead center…If you look really close I nicked it on the first shot…..I had been shooting at my little dots and things were going really well when I decided to tape the quarter to the target..I nicked it on the edge the first shot and had to go dig it out of the pellet trap. I fired one round at the target to find the POI and the next shot was in the money zone……All of that damage was just from it being taped to a piece of paper….Tomorrow I am going to tape one to the 2×8 board and see what kind of carnage I can create…..
