adding an avatar
Hi again,
OK, so I’m computer ignorant. I know it and so does everybody else. I’ve tried several times to add an avatar to my profile. Unsuccessfully! Will someone please HELP? Picture work fine but the avatar control says simply to enter the URL of the site containing the picture/file you want to use. I have the pic in Photobucket but I can’t get it to come here. I’ve tried the method for adding a picture with no results other than the message that the URL is incorrest. What am I doing WRONG??
Will someone PLEASE post a step-by-step for this old, computer ignorant, helpless person. Others may also benefit.

They work for me… and I just copied your exact sytnax.

Tried two different pics. Pics don’t post, just URLs. as I said, what am I doing wrong??

Now, why won’t they show up on MY post? Clicked “IMG Code”. Got the yellow “copied” box. Came here. Placed the cursor. Right clicked the clicked “paste”. All I got is the above. I must be missing SOMETHING, but what?
