AF Edge Available Tomorrow At PA…
So it looks like the Edge will ship tomorrow but will PA change the date again?

not a field target gun….. rather a three position gun so even less possible customer base.

If a few folks can create a fairly decent cottage industry out of making and selling mods and tunes for the Condor/Talon platform, ya gotta wonder where AF’s head is when it comes to introducing new guns, or accessories and upgrades for their old ones.
For example, Crosman owned the market with the Discovery. They could’ve rested on their laurels, but they came right back with the Marauder.
So AF has the Talon/Condor platform, drooled over by thousands, but they take a 90 degree turn and decide to introduce a low-end butt-ugly FT gun? 🙄 In Blue or Red??? WTF?
The purchase of BKL is a distraction of course, but a smart move business-wise… people soil their pants for those mounts, though I don’t know why… If they can match the originals, they’ll sell a ton of them.
If anyone from AF is reading this, get on here and tell us some news. Even rumors, fer goddsakes. If some whack-a-doo from Argentina can put together an angled tank valve, or if Crosman can figure out how to stick a 10 shot magazine in a Disco, I’m sure you guys got all sorts of good stuff in store for us, yes?

Oh, so there are no Edges yet really, they are still working on the factory to make the frames?
Or is it something else… From that statement it could be a number of things, but why hold up what appears to be a built operational rifle waiting to be delivered… Or are there really no rifles to speak of…
Really this release is the worst in history.
Next up was the new unreleased Airforce Edge in red anodise. I shot this little guy and it is feather light, trigger wasnt too bad and they say that it will deliver about 100 shots per fill. The tank is actually in the same location as the bottle guns but the tank is a small diameter tube with Foster at the end for filling, kinda slick. I had the chance to talk shop with John M. the owner of Airforce and he also brought us up on the BKL situation. Seems that he has invested in the machinery to really ramp up production of these mounts and said that within a month they would be back on the market in force. He has invested in new CNC machinery for production of the Airforce frames and will run the BKL’s using the same principle. He said that the Edge was delayed due in part of acquiring BKL and having to setup production on 2 new product lines.

It’s getting to be downright pathetic… Are we at a year now that they have been doing this…?
If I ran AF I would send out an explanation, at this point their credibility is about 5%. After the Condor incident, the delay for the reg that will not be part of the package and now this, are they waiting for a government bailout or something???
Come on AF, what gives on the Edge?
I just took a look and the in stock estaminet date is 5/26 🙄 that gun is NEVER going to ship ❗
