I saw this not sure if it helps locating him
Over a week since my e-mails to old Lefty and not a word 😯 🙄 👿
He’s got to breath sometime 🙁 may be making another video???? 🙄 🙄
As you know I bit 😳 and think I ‘ve shown a lot of patience with old Lefty. I did send him an e-mail asking about an up on the M-rod kits. He did answer back with more BS about a month ago then went under again. I have sent him two e-mails over the last three days and not a word. I can think of a lot of names to call someone like Lefty but that would not do much good right now. Going to see if I can find some tar around here. Anybody got any feathers? 😯 😈
If he has the guts to surface I’ll let you know.
Another vendor bites the dust only this time before he ships anything. Too bad a Marauder bullpup kit should be a real hot seller.
I bet they call him “Lefty” because he gives you a curtousy reach around with his left hand while he is picking your pocket and pulling your pants down to your knees with his right hand and screwing you all at the same time.
Multi-talented I would say. 😆

He posted a youtube video about a personal use bulllpup for an AA S200 he hand made, and plans to test it on a hunting trip.
I have no explanation for his actions.

Did these guys fall off the face of the earth? No activity on their web site.
Ted released a new video today on the .25 Marauder, out to 100 yards, and the accuracy is very very good. That’s with an OEM barrel…an LW barrel can probably improve those results.
Hmmm….might have to contact Gaska and see what the price would be.
I’m thinking of a shorter barrel on my Marauder .25 because I won’t be shooting at 100 yards, more like 100 feet. So a few inches off that gun will help function and utility for an old codger like me. RC did that to his Royal 500, and I very much approve of the outcome. Any performance loss should be minimal for what I do.
With a quality bullpup kit, a shorter barrel, and power to spare, the Marauder .25 is a poor man’s Royal 500 in the making. Or, so I hope.
Ted indicated the HDD increased his shot count by 50%. Interesting. I’m wondering if the 10lb replacement spring does the same thing? I’m in the middle of changing my scuba tank for a larger unit, so I can’t test shot count out just yet, perhaps next week.
I also checked out that Pneuma 10 bullpup, but chose the Marauder bullpup because I have the Marauder in hand. Any accuracy issues with the Pneuma can be sorted out with a better barrel. I look forward to RC’s results.
It’s been a long dull Summer…finally things are beginning to jump around here.

Hoot,
You know me, lots of pictures, lots of groups and keep it if it is great.
I have three air guns, a Ranger 45, a Royale 500 carbine and that dang AF that drives me nuts. The rest have gone down the road.
In this case there will be one other factor, whether I find like Bullpups.

A large starting inventory would be great. IF you had the financial resources to do that.
These two guys, as I understand them, are common people, like you and me, and this is a major undertaking in their lives. So what happens if they produce ten bullpup kits in the first run? If only half of them sell, they can manage to eat the loss and still have a life. If they produce 500 bullpup kits and can’t sell them, they still have to eat the loss and recovery from that would take a long time.
It’s a risky venture. There are no guarantees that everyone who says they want a bullpup will be willing to pony up the cash until they see and hear about whats to be had for their money. If I were in their position, I would start small and slow as well. The word will get out as soon as the first run is in customer hands. That will be the magic day when their dream comes true, or crumbles in their lap.
In a blue collar life, sometimes you have to start from scratch, or don’t start at all.
Production will increase to meet demand, of that I’m certain, because with money coming in, and paid orders in hand, you can afford to do a lot more, and a lot faster.
Keep the faith brothers…interesting times are afoot.
RC, you and I will have to compare results with our purchase. I’m going to document the living hell out of my investment and you guys will benefit accordingly. Lots of pics, up close and personal too.

Years ago in a misspent life, I was heading out to the desert for a two day rabbit shoot in my Camoed FJ40 and had a Remington 1100 riot gun in my lap.
We used to shoot the crows and ravens off the top of the power poles as we drove by on the highway, the fact that the area had 1 person per square mile, counting two towns with almost all the population in them helped, most times there just was not anyone to be seen on the road.
But this time there was, my friend was following behind me in his Toyota 4 Runner when I shot a raven on the wing as it left the pole to fly across in front of us.
That put its recently deceased carcass in a direct trajectory with my friends front windshield.
But 1100’s being one fine semi auto, the second shot lifted it up and it fell behind his car.
Gotta love 12 guage double taps.
We had a lot of laughs over that one in the years since.

RC, a little note about shooting birds out of a car window. What you DON’T want to do is shoot a starling perched on a power line overhead through the sun roof of your RX8 only to have the little bastard do a kamikaze death dive onto the hood. 😯 😯
Just glad he missed the open sun roof. 😉
All of this is why I put my name in for the Pneuma Bullpup as soon as I heard it was being made and I heard the price.
I figure a few will get out before I get mine, I will get to read a review of the workmanship and execution and have time to decide.
And for less than 900 dollars for a platform that does in fact work as well as anything else out there, the Pneuma 10, it is a way to experience a bullpup, which I really don’t know if I will warm up to, without a 2500 dollar outlay.
There was one other reason, when I sold my Royale 400 the buyer did not want the thousands of 18 grain JSB’s I had stocked up. 😛
If I don’t like it I will peddle it.
And about all this bullshit from Riverside about people only wanting them to shoot crows out the car window, you hit that on right on the head Jim.

I have no problem with the asking price. $550 is a very fair price for a quality bullpup “kit”. I for one like the look of the bullpup and I want a rifle that has as short A.O.L. because of the type of shooting I do. I love my Talon SS. I can unscrew the bottle and put the whole damn thing including a bipod and a tin of pellets in a day pack. I for one, will probably never own an air rifle with a price tag north of $2000. Factory or modified.
It’s not that I can’t afford it; It’s that I just don’t feel the need to spend that much money on something like an air rifle which is somewhat passive for me.
I think we all agree that the asking price of $550 is not the issue with this latest offering of a Marauder bullpup conversion. (If it were, none of us would be on this forum) 😉
But help me understand something here…
How can you offer a product to mass market and NOT mass produce? 😕 😕
I was all excited when he announced the product. I knew it would not be ridiculously over priced, and wait time would only be…… how long? 😯 😯 😯
I may not have my Marauder that long. I’m one of those that don’t keep a gun for more than six months.
If you were opening up a donut shop, would you wait for customers to come into the store before you started up the fryer? 😆
What I don’t understand is why is it going to take three to five months? In my small mind, when you decide to manufacture a product you should have a business plan.
Part of that plan would be to have inventory on hand when you turn on the “open for business” sign.
These are CNC machined, right? Isn’t this type of machining supposed to reduce manufacturing time as well? I could understand 90 to 150 days if they were hand cutting each stock with wood chisels and a rasp.
Which brings up the demand question? Just how many Marauder owners want to do a conversion? 500? maybe? I’ve seen some ridiculous “how do I hook up my nail gun compressor and charge my M-rod?” type of questions posted on the yellow.
I don’t think those guys are candidates. 😎
First, if I was Lefty, I’d have plenty of inventory on hand BEFORE I went to market. Second, hide and watch, Crosman will come out with a bullpup Marauder. And if they’re smart, they will make it juuuuuust enough different you won’t be able to retrofit the current action. 😉 The Shot Show 2013 is four months away. 😎
At the end of the day, I’m just a little disappointed in the delivery time that’s all.
