Q:

AGN quality customer care

Hi all
Contacted AGN , Evgeny, at factory. Pointed out that shot string was erratic on my
Vulcan .25. He said the Regulator wasn’t working properly and suggested returning the gun to him. I live in France, no local dealers. Being mean minded I asked who was paying for return shipment. No reply but then said he would send another regulator. Seeing as it looked easy to do after viewing Ernest’s excellent videos I agreed. Having changed regulator which involved loosening barrel and reservoir clamps shot string showed 230 fps. Lol. Evgeny then said well return it to him. I duly did the gun was received on a Wednesday am and by Wednesday pm Evgeny said all fixed and being shipped the next day. Shot string was excellent. 4 working days later imagine my surprise when received to discover the following. Two free magazines, a new manometer fitted, clearer, the latest moderator shroud fitted and the extension included. The latter two items are 100 euros. All free. The gun shoots perfectly SD of around 2 or 3 and ES 9 or so. To say I felt humbled was an understatement. All without asking. The prompt and efficient service paled into insignificance with the added value of items included. Teach me to be mean minded.
I feel that service of this quality needs being shouted about.
A suggestion would be to open a separate section purely for remarkable customer service. I would give Evgeny and AGN 5 stars and a Gold medal.

Safe shooting

I see, good clarification

AGN stands for AirGuN in this case.

So abbreviation should be AGNT to signify AGN Technology :biggrinn:

AGN thus is Airgun Nation

I contacted Evengy on the 9th inquiring about the updated gauges they are using now. He got one in the mail the next day and I received it yesterday. So basically 10 days from the Chech Republic to here. I’ve had orders from Pyramid take longer than that on occasion. Great service.

Oh, Cricket I started to point out that mikewh was a idiot and didn’t know what company he was talking about either AGT vs AGN. This is the stamp that was on the envelope that the gauges came in… he was way ahead of me for sure..
Jimmy

It’s AGT. AirGunTechnology

Not AGN. AirGunNation

Might be interesting to have a list of “trusted dealers”, if not already existing?

Amazing service, I have to admit, even here in the USA I very seldom see such customer service anywhere, let alone in the airgunning industry. Happy that you have your Vulcan back in perfect working condition!

I wish you could post your experience on AGN too, because many fan boys there are so full of shit with the “excellent” service they received from AOA…which certainly has not been the experience for many of us…like me. I do not want to start a pissing fight, just to post the facts without mentioning AOA or any other major manufacturers that take their customers for granted and powerless. If you prefer, I could post on AGN your experience without names or details.

Eventually, customer service such as Evgeny’s at AGT will slowly steal away customers from the major established brands. I am glad Evgeny did not go with AOA as the exclusive distributor, because many of us are avoiding dealing with them if possible. Unfortunately, the FX Impact I bought will keep me tied to them for another year while the warranty lasts, but buying the Vulcan was an excellent choice knowing that support is always there, prompt, and the warranty is based on the product, the airgun, and not based on the original ownership…as it should be.

I have the same customer satisfaction as yourself, free stuff for the inconvenience caused…he strives to make each and every customer happy with his products.
