air arms s200 stock

i have been busy the last few weeks lads getting a new projeect stock to work on and i have started one for a mate,s s200 .the wood i,m useing is black walnut and seems to work well with the tools he,s a wee clip off how i,m going so far πŸ˜€

Turned out really nice bud. I’ll be checking out our wood next week sometime. Waiting on my tax return, can’t pass up a good deal when it comes along.

I can get most wood here on the West coast through Handloggers, MacBeath or PALS (Plywood and Lumber Supply)…

They even have nice fin/apple ply…

ps, IF your wondering, I have 20+ years in fine woodworking and cabinetry so I know wood and how to select nice stuff.

right lads it,s just about done here,s it all oiled up just wax to go and thats it .


the chisels i have were a cheep buy but when i get some off the stocks sold i,ll be treating myself to some nice one,s πŸ˜€

cheers buba mate .i was realy happy with the wood as this stock took shape as i c now it,s got alot off nice grain in there so looks nice .the bit off wood i used cost me about £50 so not to bad i supose.i would off like it to be cheeper but hay what can i say . πŸ˜€

Looks realy cool Rabits πŸ˜€ , i much like the designs with the metal trigger gaurd , just looks alot cleaner , less heavy. Nice colour and grain on that wood as well . How much for the plank ? if you dont mind me asking . Now get to work on Baz,s no time to let those chisels cool down 8)

OK rabbits, I’ll get in touch when I’ve sorted out the trigger linkage and magazine. I’m looking for something with a forward pistol grip, abit like the Ed gun [matador] but without the hook on the shoulder rest.
