Q:

air tank

Best place to get one with the foster fitting for my condor? I’m tired of pumping lol. Would be nice to just have a pump for backup.

Look for used one also. I one from a member over on gatewaytoairgun.org for cheap and got to meet up with some cool people.

thank you for the detailed info. I bought my Aeon scope from Joe.

I shopped around and found Joe Brancato out in California. Not the cheapest, but it is a big bomb :biggrinn:

I got the whole package, very nice setup. Surprisingly light. First tank fill from the dive shop, I’ve gotten seven fills so far and and it’s sitting around 3800 psi. I’ve been shooting down to 2000 and then refilling it back to 3000. I’m thinking I should get at least 25 refills on my gun, more once I figure out my sweet spot.

Here’s a tank calculator: http://www.airgunsofarizona.com/Tanks/FillCalc.html

If my sweet spot is 2200 to 2800, I should get about 50 fills. I’m not sure how accurate this is, I haven’t even finished off one tank yet. I have been keeping accurate logs so time will tell.

Shop around, you might find a better deal. I did learn that the carbon fiber tanks have a 15 year life span and I’ve only found one dive shop in my area that will fill it to 4500. I would make sure you find a shop in your area can fill it before you purchase it!

Good luck!
