AireTex 45 Electric

I’m looking for a good piston clean air compressor and I’m contemplating purchasing an AireTex 45 from Bruce. The Mrodair compressor looks good for the price but it’s not a clean air unit and has no track record. I don’t really want to drop 3K+ but it seems most in the 1500-2K range are O-ringed hand pumps with a motor and the 45 looks to be miles ahead of them. Does anyone here have a 45 and if so could you tell me how it has performed for you ?
