Q:

Airgun Technologies Amazing Customer Service

Just had an amazing customer service experience from Evgeny & AGT. I had written inquiring about obtaining an updated pressure gauge and hammer for my Vulcan 0.22 2nd gen bullpup. He didn’t write me back with ordering instructions. I figured things were busy or my query was garbled by the online English to Czech translator.

Wife signs for a surprise package today.
“From where?” I asked when she told me I got something from Prague.

Evgeny had sent out a new, easier to read gauge, o-ring, hammer and spring.
Rather than telling me how to order them, he sent out the actual parts. Wow. Wow. Wow.

This is amazing customer after care. AGT shines above. :biggrinn: :biggrinn: :biggrinn:

The hammer is no longer free floating and there is no brass bushing.

I got the same thing for my Vulcan.25 a couple weeks ago.

Sounds like you’ll be busy.

Talk about complete opposites in how customers are treated and quality of delivered product!
I can’t even put both names in the same post. It would be an insult to AGT.

Like a kid who got a new present….I’m going to have a fun project day…
1. Degass cylinder.
2. Adde o-ring mod to degassing port
3. Adjust regulator using John Hagan’s tester (Possible now that I have an air source)
4. Replace gun pressure gauge.
5. Try to silence the regulator spacer “ring”

Hammer I’ll do in a separate session after the regulator gets a chance to settle.

Just imagine if they sold air compressors
