Q:

All new to me!

I’m new to the forum and new to PCP’s. I just got my TalonP on Tuesday and am really enjoying it. Fun platform to start machining parts for. I started with the shoulder stock Wednesday and the moderator today (Friday). I plan on following up with an adapter for a set of AR grips.

I’m posting this from my phone and can’t attach pics. Any advice would be great, thanks.

I like the stock a lot. It has one pin and one socket head caps crew, semi-quick detach. The can is long but I can shorten it faster than make it longer. Besides shooting at the house I probably won’t use it in the field. It works very very well.

I’ve been machining for about 15 years for a living and for fun. I have 3 lathes, 4 mills and growing all the time.

Here is Rogbo’s photo.

Big can, Mine is only 6″ long total.

How do you like your shoulder stock? I am in the midst of taking an AK-47 under folding stock and attaching it to the tank, somehow?!?!?

Was a machinist for ten years, now its a hobby! Have a Shop Fox Combi Mill/Lathe now. Two 8″ grinders, two buffers, 6X48 belt grinder with 9″ disc sander combo. sand blaster, powder coater, low speed 4″ knife sharpener, 13″ drill press, 30 gallon compressor……..

Rrdstarr I sent you a pic and appreciate your assistance. I see you’re also a machinist. Nice to meet other like minded people, even if it is just on a forum. Do you have your own equipment or is it just your day job? Lots to talk about on this subject so I’ll leave it at that and keep it short.

:tag: Cant wait to see your pics.

Sending you my email and I can post the pics for you.

Rick
