Blod valve with selphb stem.
18″ barrel.
Have lightened my hammer to 49 grams.
Fill to 2350psi
Power wheel…whats a power wheel!! 77mm hammer and spacer combined.
Bisley Magnum .22 21 grain.( Same pellet as your Kodiaks)
904 884 840 920 929 931 941 938 923 933 928 939 939 934 938

End psi=1650psi=700psi used at 20psi per shot.
So my next fill will be 2300psi to get rid of those first 4 low shots to give me 30 good shots. The string is not quite as tight as I’d like, too loose for reliable 100 yard shooting, but should be ok out to 75 yards.

But I get those numbers with a stock condor, no mod……just had to spend a day with the fill and power wheel settings. 😉

I think those numbers are good for 100 yards………..
I dream of that day when we can just plug the air tank and get 50 shots with a difference of 1 fps….so the numbers should be like….

It would have made life easier and stopped us from spending a fortune and time in all the mods we kind of do…just for the perfect bell curve….. 😆
I wonder, at times the pain we go though just to wack 10 lovely shots through the fusebox. 😈 Valve…Stem….Hammer….Spring….Power Wheel…Barrels…..right pellets…and the list goes on and on…..
We could spend them wisely from the above Tank Sale !!! 😉

This could be true Jerry, I’ve never tried a shot string leaving 10, 20, or 30 mins between shots… I usually get up to ten kills on an outing, but over a good 2hr period…

Those are pretty good numbers Pab. I wonder if fiddling around with the last few psi and such makes that big a difference in consistency for the hunter though. I say that because we generally get our shot strings under far different circumstances than how we use those shots when hunting.
When testing, one usually fills the gun either from a tank or pump and then a short time later, shoots dozens of shots in fairly rapid succession over/through a chronograph. When hunting, the gun will have been filled longer ago and the shots will come as game presents itself not in regular intervals.
I think this all adds some variables regarding temperature of the fill gas. I’ve got no idea what it adds up to but it is probably something…
Yeah pack’ I think 33fps would make a difference at 75 now you say it. I’ll just drop the last 5 shots as well to give me 25 hunting shots.

I might pop a bit more preload in and up the psi by 50, might give me a bit more consistancy..
Plus I should drop the last five shots also to give me 25 good shots and reduce the spread.
