hi guys new here love the rifles airforce/gunpower stuff.Running talon , over here called storm but this looks a very good site.
using eley mags 40 yards with a red fox have a picture but dont know how to put it up on this site

I’ll leave that up to you but I wouldn’t be taking any foxes at more than 50 yards so perhaps 1 group at say 30 and then another at 50? Be interesting to see how and If the groups open up too 😉
ok cant do that till saturday ,no range here but i just go out in the countryside .what range 30/40/60yards or100 ?

Big rabbits as In hares or the expensive variation 😉

BAR do the 24grn rabbit magnums but I can’t see the 30 grn ones. I’m In no rush, still need the barrel 😆 They must of been very tight then 😯 Hopefully they’ll have time to reach full speed from a 24″.
Think Uttings or BAR do them. I think they were so tight they wern’t getting up to full speed in my 18″ LW
That’s all I’d use em for, big close up stuff. They’d be too expensive to use for much else 😆 Tight and hard even the price I can live with (to an extent) as long a they hit real hard. I’ve never seen them for sale In any of the shops I’ve visited but now I know about them I’ll keep a look out for some.
Reckon they will be fine for close up stuff fusion. They were even tighter in Langs BSA. I reckon they are a bit harder than standard pellets. Me na like ’em…!!
Did Lang try them In his BSA Pabs? What sort of groups were you getting out of them. If there an inch or so at 25-35 yards they’ll be good for big stuff 8)
Get some pics of the targets up when you shoot some next Teilky. I’d be interested to see what they can do and at what ranges as there a fair weight for .22’s!

i use h&n rabbit ammo and eley mags , eley are a tight fit but they hit hard. 😀
Dont bother with those Eley Mags fusion. They are oversized and VERY difficult to put into a LW barrel, not that accurate.
Are they the rabbit magnums KM?
I’ve just found some eley wasp magnums 30 grn that are around 15 quid for 300 😯

Never tried them beyond 50 as they didn’t group well for me. Be interesting to see what they do for you Andy…..Try a few at 80 odd will you 😀
