Angled stem for bottle.

Hi all, I am still learning about the airforce rifles and I have a very powerful modified condor tuned by Tony. my question is what is the item called that angles the bottle to make it more comfortable? also will it effect my power at all? i fill my bottle to 3100psi because i shoot the 43’s and jerry’s 62 grainers. i have the fx bottle cover on and i think it being angled would make this item more comfortable.
