Q:

Angled Tank Adapter???

Hey folks! I just ordered one of Tony’s angled tank adapters for my .25 Condor and I started thinking about air flow and angles and such. So I’m wondering if I should expect a degree of performance loss by installing this component.

Any thoughts or experiences you can share would be much appreciated.

Yes you can call AirForce I think if you say you got a spin loc tank with no wrench they will just mail you one

Thats great, I guess they are good for something. Just need the ‘W’rench huh? 😛

if you have a new gun it has the spin-loc collar on it you just need the rench

THe way I do it is I remove the two screws holding the collar in the frame.

I put the collar tightly on the angled adapter/valve and line it up where I want it and push it into the frame.

Then I put two altered screws into the frame holes that hold the collar, the screw are altered in that I have chucked them up in a drillmotor and ground a sharp point on the end, when you screw them in tightly they bite into the collar and will hold it, but they also give you the exact reference point on where to drill two more new holes for the original frame/collar retention screws.

Hope this helps,

if you can remove the valve, you should be able to install…

Can we fit the TTTA by our selves or do we need any special tool to fit this.

Awesome! Thanks guys. Can’t wait!!!!!

Only thing you might lose will be your tank fill adapter since you will no longer need to use it. I caught myself starting to unscrew my tank last week on my TTT Talon SS before I remembered that I didn’t need to. The gauge is also a nice addition, no more guesswork on tank pressure.

No loss of power at all.
Thanks, Tony
