Q:

Annuver silencer, innit.

I ordered two pieces of alum tube, both 2.5m long, one at 1 3/4″ the other at 1 5/8″, the smaller needed a tad off the OD to nest inside the larger. Wall thickness on both is 1.5mm. Cut some bulkheads from the smaller and some delrin baffle-washers, two end-caps force-fitted into each end, total length about 500mm. Job’s a good’un, quieter than the first (as in all I can hear now is the hammer hitting the breech). Pics later. 😀

Come on with the pics already….

I’ve just been milling the ends off the tri-rails (about 10mm), as they stick out further than the end of the frame and were stopping the silencer from butting-up against it nicely. Almost done, just have to drill a little hole into the frame-cap end of the silencer to take the grubnut that secures it into the frame.

Oh….Ok……..Bloody hurry up would ya…..
