g] Mounted the laser, makes it a night shooter! Also makes a great reference point for the scope, took 15 seconds to adjust with the external knobs. green dot can be seen 200 yds in the sun and miles at night.[/img]

Mam, The gun is at stock setting. I cleaned the bore with jb non-embedding bore cleaner after my first 30 shots, and cleaned bore again with rem oil at 100 shots thats it. Shooting on sand bags and a pad on my shoulder to stop my pulse from showing up in the scope.

Harry, from the Yellow Forum, had many posts on why pellets that shoot very well at 50 yards start showing miserable groups at longer ranges. It has to do with where the center of gravity is on the pellet – more weight up front makes for a more stable flight. Kodiaks and Baracuda have very thick skirts, so more of their weight is in the “rear” (with respect to JSB’s). Consequently, they start to wobble when they slow down.
I think this is one of the reasons so many shooters want their guns to shoot JSB pellets. It gives them more long-range potential.
Goat, I have not shot the condor long range yet, but I would put money on the edgun, maybe next week I will take the condor with me and see. Why do the match baracudas shoot soo bad? 5 inch 8 shot group, Maybe need more velocity? I could see the cudas in flight in my scope on 24x.

127 yrds steady 10mph east wind, conditions could have been better, jsb 18.1 sorted, baracuda match 21.14 sorted, the cudas shoot like crap!!

g][/img] It is at the stock setting and the original air fill{Russian air} I havent checked it yet with the chrony yet, am waiting for my quick connecter from pymarid so I can pump some Florida air in it! I cleaned the barrel 2 times already, first time after 30 shots with jb bore cleaner. seemed to help.

Ted, It is a tactical green laser mod. jg-016, it is scope mounted, it puts a bright dot on the target and lights it up a little.[im
