After a quick visit to the range… the matador is now zeroed at 50Mt (54.68Yd)

No photos today… maybe, tomorrow, if my wife don´t want go to the mall…

My Matador is zeroed on 16X magnification at about 8yds and that puts the
second zero at 85yds… It runs at 4 mildots holdunder from 25 to 40yds and
then starts to fall off..

…….too……much……..to…….remember……. 😉

I’m zero’d at 50. 1 dot for 60. 2 for 70. 3 for 80. 4.5 for 90. 6 for 100.

Doves sound like they are fun to shoot they sure make a wolop when you hit them, they are legal to hunt here in Indiana to certain season with shotguns but air rifles work 😆 Around here they are getting very thick in numbers, It sounds like you have a bunch there for sure! Well you have fun with that gun I am guessing you have a hand pump for your air source, or do you have a tank?

Hi eddy, really, both of them one Luxfer brand new, (yeeeeeellow… isn´t camouflaged 😉 )
And a local made hand pump an “Airvam”, 3 stages whith particle/humidity refilable filter.

yeap, we have really too much fun for here… try searching “Argentina Turismo” or “Hunting in Argentina” and you will see…

I use the parallax knob to know the distance… we dont use rangefinders often, the aren´t cheap for here… Airguning movement is raising again, we are mostly Springer shooters, or use CO2 as powerplants, PCP´s requires a pump or a Scuba, and they cost as much as a new rifle.

Support? dont mention it! you do the same for otrer two unesrs, and every one of them for two also…. 😆

Thanks for your support, Mac!

For hunting, I usually have my gun sighted at 50 yards (45 m). But, I also have a turret knob with 5 yard sight increments. So, I can quickly adjust my zero for any situation. Sometimes, I simply wait for pest birds to land on one of their favorite spots. In that case, I use the rangefinder to determine distance, then zero the scope. It makes things tooooooo easy. 🙂

Former owner was -Mischief, he posted the EdGun sale here a few weeks ago.
Yeap, the bipod come installed. Wich is the best distance to zeroed the edgun for you?
I´m thinking in 50 or 70 Mts, (we use Metric here)
Toshik tell me: “this gun was sold to Jeff Deyesu”, (i´m the third owner?)

Doves, (Pidgeosns?) are plague here, ours central States, (Provincias), like Córdoba, recives Dove Hunter from USA and Europe, they hunt thowsends per day, (with shotguns of course), but… if you have an airgun… EVERY FARMER LET YOU HUNT IN HIS LANDS FOR FREE!!! (we kill the f&”!<ng Pests)
parrots too).

I voted your video 15 times today! and ask for my fiends in others forums to do the same…

Very cool, Mac. I see that your rifle is #1862. What is its history (previous owner(s))? Was the bipod installed when it arrived?

Aim for the doves’ heads – that breast is good eatin’. :15:

Mac

Yea critters would be good the Edgun don’t like CRITTERS!!! but it does like to eliminate them well not all of them, you need to keep a few around for fun shooting 😯
