Q:

ANOTHER new toy today at gun shop..Pistols are worse than

airguns lol
well was at gun shop today looking at some guns
and along comes fedex
droppin off shipment
he has a new Hipoint C9 9 MM
i held it a tad heavy but nice fit in hand
simple design
hmm ask howmuch
he say with uncle mikes shoulder holster and box of russian ammo 50 rds
200 out the door
so it went home with me
ive read alot on these guns and while not pretty
they are reliable simple and made in usa in ohio and carry a full lifetime garranty to ANYTHING that happens and no matter if ur the 5th owner of it
i shot it at a target got her dialed in at 15 yards like 6 inch grps
not great but for home defence and plinking it was good enough
well as i ran another 300 rds in her she smoothed out and off hand at 25 yds i was under 4 inchs didnt shoot off bench or anything
but i am impressed with it for sure
recoil is minimal due to the blowback action and heavier weight of it
it will go nice with my collection and now i have a nice lil home defence compact pistol in semi auto
here she is

Its not a disease its his new life style….out with the junk food and in with the powder burners…handguns are very low in saturated fat and calories….Greg

😯
no saturated fat in these babys
i figure the money we save not going out to eat and to mcd’s all the time i can by more guns and kill low in fat high in protein animals

I bought mine in 1993 and paid $115 for the gun, So you got a good deal on that one.
I sold mine, and could kick myself in the rear end for doing that.
I went with the 45 autos and they shoot good, but I do miss that high point.

Hey Crow, I have wanted a Single Six for years. I love the idea of being able to switch cylinders and shoot .22 mag. Have you tried that yet? I am wondering how accurate that combination is?

i hated the single six
after shooting the MKIII i traded the ^ in for a 357 bbl for the encore
the thing was LOUD and had only a fixed sights on it
so i had to aim low to the left to hit anything
for a lil plinker to get used to shooting sure it was ok
but comparing it to the MKIII which will shoot hole for hole easily i didnt like it so off she went

Thats a naughty looking little chappie 😎

yea ive noticed the more rounds that ive ran through it the more consistant it gets..with standard 9mm ball ammo it feels like shooting a .22 now when i load +P its got a kick to it 😈 ….but in the carbine form i can dum the 10rd clip as fast as i can pull the trigger and keep them all in a 10″ group at 35yrds with a red dot…Greg

300 rounds and only 1 jam
it was on the 2nd clip and i read on the hipoint forum that sometimes they will jam if when the clip has 8 rds in it the first and second dont alway work well until its broke in
so now 300 rds later and only the one jam
and i tried a few times of rapid fire also no jams there either
i was also shooting cheap russian silver bear ammo it has the laquer finsh

the gun is rated for +P also so i can shoot the high dollar hot loads spx bullets in it if i feel like blastin a yote with it
which i may pick up a box to try they are 21 bucks for 25 rds though
so ill use em sparing ly lol

ive got one of the 9mm carbines and its a freeking hoot to shoot…ive never had it malfunction and walked out the door with it for $180….my dad picked up a storm but it was WAY outta my price range so thats why i went with the HiPoint…ugly as hell but its like my sks it shoots no matter what….Greg
