You must consider the source……as he has returned every gun he isn’t happy with for B.S. reasons. This particular Vulcan was tested by the dealer (very well known and reputable) prior to shipping and he posted the results as a response to the O.P.
He’s also spreading a rumor about Vulcans being made in …..Taiwan! So much B.S.!
