Any typical "path" to take with Talon SS?
Hey everyone,
Well I have purchased my new Talon SS in .22 cal and have decided that it’s the “one” for me. I posted recently about also purchasing a Marauder Pistol to just compare with and was having trouble deciding which to keep. But without a doubt, it’s the Talon SS for me. And again, thanks for those that gave input.
That being said, and I will definately keep it stock for awhile, but I’m already wondering if there is a typical “path” that others tend to take in regards to modifying the Talon.
I really like the idea of having the Talon SS in .25 cal form and know that I can simply switch the barrel but I’m curious if other mods are really needed in order to NOT shoot .25 cal “loopers.” I’d also either like to keep the stock shroud Sound-Lok or extend the barrel and extend the shroud. Would the condor valve be needed? And if so, does this really diminsh the shot count?
Thansk again…

I guess i should have said that i was using my .22 barrel with those setups and not a .25. I personally would use an 18″ barrel over the 12″ for the .25. The 12″ just seems like it would take to much away that the .25 has to offer. The .25 shooting below 725 fps just seems like a waste.
