I sent him an email a while ago and have not heard back from him and have not seen any posts from him, is he OK?

I deleted all my e,mails n pm’s a bit ago and lost every thing.

I’m sure i owe peaple work and/or replies, but am just waiting for them to get in touch so i can fullfill my obligations.
I’m not very organised at the best of times.
But now Brad has stepped in it’ll give me time for the other things.
