I bought a shroud and brech knob back before he opened up his shop.
His product is great and was also a good guy to deal with.
I heard he is very busy with his new buisiness.
I am sure he will take care of ya, he could have computer problems or who knows what else.
Maybe someone has a phone #, or try and send him a letter.
Hope it works out with you guys.

I just received my .25 barrel and shrouds from Don today. I was also told numerous times that I would receive it all by the weekend but this time it actually came. Everyone here spoke so highly of him so it leads me to think he has just become way too busy to keep up the good communication and work he used to do. I can say for sure that Don is a good man and you guys will get your items. I have also heard that Don stands behind his stuff.
I’m sorry he is not living up to his deadlines, but I had a positive experience when I dealt with him. He took his time, but he spent the time working on the barrel’s interior finish (it was coated in protective goo from the factory) and I suspect when this is over, you will be compensated.
i wouldn’t believe him until you have the gun in your hands. he’s told me three times now that he will send the gun out ‘this weekend’. guess what? still no gun. don has really dropped the ball on keeping his customers informed. he sent out the public apology but apparently it had no base… i still have no gun and have not heard from don. this has been an incredibly frustrating process… in hindsight, wish i had just kept my tss stock… at least that way i would’ve had something to shoot the past 2 months 🙄
Just giving everyone who may be waiting an update. Don called me today to let me know that my package is in the mail and that I should receive it by Saturday. I told him to update others waiting to hear from him. I think he was able to send a couple more out along with mine. I’ll post an update when I receive mine.

I’ll email him and let him know he has some customers awaiting replys. Be patient, the man is very, very busy. He will get back to you and square things away.

I still haven’t heard from Don and my PM still hasn’t been opened. Has anyone here had any luck contacting him?
I just got an email from him yesterday. He’s swamped with the new business starting up, expecting normalcy in a few weeks, I have a friend who’s son has a Condor with him as well, being patient…
One way you might want to look at this situation, as far as I know, tuning and modifying Air Force and other airguns was never a full time job for Don. It was a sideline to his primary job, and it was/is a one man operation for his airgun work. If life presents one of those unexpected once in a life time opportunities, especially amongst an economic depression, its kind of easy to dive head first into that opportunity to make it happen.
I’ve had a match rifle rebuilt and re-polished/reblued by a “master factory certified airgunsmith” where I had to send my gun with payment in full to only have it go months beyond the promised date with no emails or voicemails returned by the airgunsmith. I asked online if anyone knew if he was sick, on vacation, alive, etc., and no one knew…one day it arrived at the front door, luckily I was there to pick it up. It was beautifully rebuilt, better than new with the metal work and high gloss blueing but inside was a note saying he under charged me and that I owe him like another $2 and change!!! 😯
Now that’s a situation to be Fu4k2n PISSED!!! 👿
Regards,
Tony
I understand that he may be opening up a new business, but the guy has my gun and (i’m assuming) dylan’s gun too. is it too much to ask for him to log on to a computer and keep us updated? or, we have these things called telephones now that he could always use to call us. this isn’t right for him to just disappear while he starts a new business when he has previous obligations to TAG owners… it’s been over a month since i heard from him last… is it time to fly out to AL yet? i want my gun back…. 👿
Yes Don is moving into his new Auto mechanics Garage business. He will see be with us, but give him time to settle in.

He is getting ready (as of Feb 18) to open his own new Auto Repair Shop and is busy night and day getting things in order. I miss his posts as well.
thanks for the info
I heard from him Sunday, Feb. 15 and he said he was having problems with his computer. I’m sure he’ll get back to us as soon as he is able to.
i have not been able to get ahold of him either. making me nervous…

I spoke to him a couple days ago, forwarded some emails to him from you guys and let him know there was some guy’s worrying about him and also some money sent without having any more communication for weeks or months.
He assured me that he would be in contact with those that he owes either money or work or both.
If you need a number, PM me…
