They were 2.167 diameter when I tried them, but I have no clue as to what they are now.

Diameter must have changed since you tried them last?

YN sent me a handful of these years ago and I tested them a little in my tuned UK “Condor”. I found them extremely loose in the barrel (they fell straight in to the point that you could barely see them) in all of my rifles but they did expand hugely in wet paper etc. I just can’t see them being accurate at any decent range, the same with any large cavity hollowpoint, and I probably wouldn’t even bother shooting them from my Wolf as Exacts do the job for me.

Looking forward to trying them. Daystate had a review a few years back, and they were trying the then new sharks out intn AirWolf. Didn’t give good accuracy in the Wol. But doesn’t mean that they won’t work in ours.

May-be yes, may-be no!
we’ll see! 😀

He’s got a whole shelf of them in now!

Edit: I’m using a small allen key to push these pellets into the barrel, and using the Beeman seater for the Eun Jins…

hmm, so they’re finally back in stock… he had them backordered for ages! please keep us posted on your test results mike, think i’ll order a few to check them out 8)
Probably a bood BC due to it’s bullet shaped design versus the traditional pellet..

Thanks for the info. I just ordered 2 jars to try out. If they shoot anywhere as well as the pred’s I’ll be happy! I herd that they don’t shoot well but then again I was told the same thing about the Pred’s. But 1/2 to 3/4″ at 60 yards suits me just fine! 😀

I was just there this past Saturday and bought 5 jars of them – they actually weigh 23.14 grains and work GREAT in the Condor. These are very well made pellets, and wet phone book tests show very good expansion.

I’ve read elsewhere that they were descibed as “loose fitting” in the Airforce guns. Note: you simply have to push them far enough down into the barrel to get them to bite due to the cone shaped design. I’ve had excellent results using the round end of the Beeman pellet seater for this purpose.

They’re accurate as anything on paper, and I’m looking forward to trying them on “live” pellet traps next weekend.

Jorge has probably sold more Airforce rifles to South America and the Carribean than anyone, he knows these guns very well and knows what ammo works in them.

Give them a try, I think you’ll like them.
