I read on the yellow that Steve has a fix for the safety that WOK is just dying to try but WOK can’t find his old safety parts. 😛
😆 Looked Huge in the picture. Like close to 1/2″ 😆

Near .25, look at Pandemic’s post. Mine were the off the shelf 1″ x.25 SS washers from Lowes. Yes, you have to check for any sort of clipping but nothing so far. I’m getting more copper unions to experiment with additional larger chambers vs smaller. Groupings much the same with baffles in or out up to 25 meters as I do not have not easy access to longer ranges without 50 minute drives.
Still looks a bit big, evern for 380. How much clearance does it have?

Those are for the 380 mod :biggrinn:
original text explains it…
The holes in those washers are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY Too BIG! 😯
Dont waste $60 on $6 worth of parts.
We have information on how to make that from stuff at Home Depot in the Quick reference section.

Sorry to drag up the old post but now, a year later, found that $60!!!!! mod. I’m still using jaybirdo’s idea (pictured) but use only two of the copper spacers to clear barrel; then with a combo of two O-rings then washer with a final squish washer to hold all tight with no rattles. I found that the $6 dollar method cuts my stock noise down considerably! I drilled front bushing and placed two 3/16″ holes under fore stock. I’m still on the fence on that, but again, cheap and easy. I have been away from the forums a while but now found the AF Sound Loc version; this and their own tank gauge mod?!!
I’m saving money for the drop/gauge tank adapter sold by TT.
Cheers
60 bucks for that, Ole Steve is raking in the bucks. 😆
I thought 55 buck was high for the super sear he makes, but there is more work in it than this latest 60 fiasco!
Yellow,=many times, Pussies! If it is being sold by AOA, which will not sell an LDC unless it is permanently installed by Them, seems to me, there should be no problem posting it on the Yellow. But what do I know.
Common sense and reasoning be damed!
Mike
Yeah, that is where I first saw the info.
did you see the post on the yellow has been removed because rule #11
Yes, I know of those stickies…I was just pointing it out. Seems like more and more dealers are getting on the “black rifle” train…..
same here

Anyone can make that with Fender washers and PVC or copper pipe. They took that idea from this us here.
