I stopped in AOA”s new place today. It is real nice .
Indoor range with chronograph set up. large gun displays. Big screen TV.
Not one person said HELLO to me as I walked in . I felt right at HOME.LOL

I hate to add bad, Thought it was luck of the draw, maybe not?
I mail ordered a K valve refill clamp. When I got it, the bleed screw was missing. Called airforce and ask should I send it back, They said no, We’ll send you a new one under warranty.
Then found out after over filling several times, the gauge was bad also. Airforce said send it back for replacement, I couldn’t wait, so bought a new gauge and replaced it myself.
Sam 😕
Where is the new location? I will have to check it out.
When I first got my .25 Marauder, I wanted some .25 Crow Magnum pellets. I contacted Straight Shooters and purchased some through them. Nice people. I would recommend them without reservation. 😀
I use Straight Shooters quite often. Several times I have been surprised by 2nd day delivery at no extra charge to me.
Often they have pellets in stock when nobody else will, and they always inform you if they cant ship on time.
NOBODY else does that.
No number of good stories can offset these types of reports. There are too many other good vendors who are a pleasure to deal with and stand by their products.

I just got a used AF from them , they advertised as a condor with mm tank ,in excellent condition . It came on the brown truck promptly , but was an SS with 24″ barrel ,and an old mk1 talon hammer with broken guides and an oring missing in the breach block and no receipt of purchase .They told me they would send a shot group with the gun and do a thorough check before sending.
Little to say ,I am a little pissed ,but all I need is the parts so not to bad for the price , but if I was getting the gun to shoot out the box I would be more than pissed by this BS
Ask Cygnus how he likes them 😀
I visited there a couple years ago when I was in AZ… seemed like nice folks and I walked out with freebies… bags of misc pellets, targets, etc.
Not to discount anyone elses experience withe them, but mine’s always been positive…
AOA some of the best deals on used guns and some of the nicest and most informative guys I ever met, 5 stars from me, and I don’t like pressure salesman.
We have a couple of stores here called “madison guns.” They are the worst gun stores I have ever seen. In the whole store, there are about 5 types of ammo, a total of probably 10 rifles, and maybe 15 handguns. And a couple tasers. People are like you said, no one says hi. And if you look young, they will ID you to make sure you are 18, if not you can’t even come in. 😆
I would say they won’t get any of my business, but heck, they don’t have anything I want, so it’s not much of a statement when I wouldn’t go anyway. 😆
Steve, AOA is not necessarily liked by anyone, but they are the only importers of several foreign airguns. So it’s not so much anyone likes them, it is just they have to go there.
So what makes AOA so bitchin’? I have heard more stories of unhappy customers than I have heard of happy customers.
UncleBob,
Maybe AOA’s business plan is to stay small and not to rely on customer loyalty. They are probably cutting WalMart’s prices by 20% and don’t have to worry about any competition.
OH RIGHT 🙄
