This is Ashleys first buck ever and the first buck for the Extreme Hunting line of rifles. It is a 40 cal shooting a 230 grain hollow point bullet at 980 FPS on a 4500 lbs charge of nitrogen. [/img]

I had a crazy idea not to long ago. I am a very big bow and arrow hunter along with firearm hunter I have been to many places througout the US I have taken over 70 whitail (bucks) the biggest scoring 158 boon and crocket 6 Black bears countless wild turkeys maybe (100) and love whatching the outdoor chanel. I have never seen a complete series of shows totally directed at the air gun hunting I think it would be cool one week to watch a group of guys hunting squerrls the next week watching a group hunting deer/pigs/bears whatever the game. Does anybody on this forum have any idea how to get anything like this started 1) gota have alot of cash to start it 2) who to contact for the TV thing 3) How to get sponsors. I really think it would be a good choice for advertising. Most people that are powder burners (like me 5 yrs ago) simply have no idea how air rifles (big bore or small) are a effective way of taking wild game. I think somthing like a tv show would make the air gun world expand big time. Please post your thoughts and ideas.

Great to see another bigbore airgun design hitting the field! I’m liking .40 because it can still carry a good sized meplat, and has more sectional density when compared to the .45

Man to be honest with you this 40 cal is turning out to be very nice I think with the new twist that we talked about it will go over the 1000 FPS with a 230 grainer making for a flatter shooting rifle than our 45 project. From 50 to 75 yards there is about .750 of an inch diffrence in hiegth. 1000 FPS will put this little 40 at 510 FPE.
