You can get tape similar to this at a feed and grain store but it wont have any camo pattern on it. It goes by many names, but ask for “vet wrap” or “horse wrap” and they should know what your talking about.

Ive got some emerald green tape and a black marker, thinking of giving it a go.

Best thing is the vet wrap is MUCH cheaper than the camo pattern stuff.

Like mentioned before, this stuff will absorb water over time so careful with it.

Birdhunter, it looks really good. Might want to keep an eye on it if you plan to keep it on for long periods of time. It will tend to absorb moisture.

Have fun when you want to take your barrel out, I know I did!! 😆

They could call it the 3D Berber camo then, for urban hunting.

I had to go this way because the birds definetly see the black gun, theyre smarter than you think… Especially Magpies.

As far as I can tell, it doesnt really stick to the gun much at all. Its a really weird material, it sticks like crazy to itself, but not really anything else. Its got some grip to it, but no stick. Thats why there isnt any on the scope knobs because I’d have to use tape and I’d rather not.

And yea, it takes along time to do that – I probably spent an hour and a half and used 1.5 rolls of the stuff.

that’s gotta help when hunting. It won’t look like you are pointing a long black stick at them.

Will it clean up easily if you need to remove it?

Does it come in Berber? (just kidding)

I was planning on doing that, but after an hour of cutting and fitting, I gave up!

It will be great if you are in a forest of carpet!

It does look great. Good job 😀

Good job on the tape. Hope it stays put for you.
