benjamin .25s
There wasn’t too much information available on the new benjamin 25s , so I went ahead and ordered a tin to give them a try . Overall I would say they look pretty prominsing . Srewon lid, nice . When I opend the tin and dumped it out on a shop towel I was surprised at the omount of lead debre mixed in with the pellets . It ranged from tiny pieces to large flakes .I cleaned them up as much as possible and gave them a heavy spraying of breakfree, rolled them around on shop towles to dry off excess .
Although only a little over 2g heaver tha n 25.4 JSBs they are a lot longer .
The wind has been so bad here that I couldn;t do much long distance testing , so shooting was done at 40yds . I’m not ready to say they are as accurate as 25 JSBs but they are very close ! .5 “” groups even in the wind , They group much better than the 31g kodiacs .
When conditions permit I’ll try my 75 & 100
yd targets . Overall I”d say they are worth giving a try.
Would be interested in anyone elses test results ,

Just tried out a tin of .25 Benjis as well with a couple of .25 Condors using LW Polygonal barrels and I will say these pellets are VERY close to the 25.4 grain JSBs funny thing was the .25 Kodiaks seemed to perform better at 100 yards. I did not do any paper shooting just gophers but as Midway has them for 8.99 for 200 this is a great deal I do think the JSBs are a higher quality.
