Who makes the best hand pump?
I want one for backup that will pump up to 4500psi
Something that will last and that is easily rebuilt if needed, with readily available parts.

you can trust Hill Pump very much,,,they are very good and all made in England, very good quality and very easy to pump,,,you can go for above 250 bar,,,but they usually not mentioning this for customers,,, i have bought/imported more then 25 pumps currently i have two on the way to my home :biggrinn: :biggrinn: :biggrinn: i also keep them as a back up ,,, you never regret ,,, you can buy a service kit for it and you are ok for a years,,,
if you don’t pump always above the rated temperature and clean it every three months (if you use it daily only ) then this pump will stay for years ,,,

,,,it is able to refill my 6.8Lt within 20 mnts only from zero … this compressor is CE certificate rated .. the price is reasonable ,…
I don’t think there is a handpump that will go up to 310 bar. I think I saw one on Ebay that could do 300. I use the FX pump and it has a safety feature that lets the air out when you hit 250 bar
