Best person to do a build opinions

I’m looking for who the best person would be to contact on building a 257 condor… R&l ? Doug Nobel? Talon tunes? I would obviously need a very good valve and some hammer and spring tweaks… This gun will be used to stretch out to past three hundred yards. Just looking for the best person to talk to and how to contact them thanks
