Q:

Best scope mount(s) for a 30mm tube?

What do you guys like?

One piece is preferable, but it’s looking like slim picken’s there, so maybe two piece.

“Adjustable” seems to be another rarity in 30mm.

Did I miss something somewhere?

One piece or two, it’s gotta be high enough.

What works best on an AF gun for this application?

I’ve only been using 30mm scopes for some time now. I got these rings I think for 10-15 bucks. I believe they are Centerpoint rings, which look just like Leapers, UTG, ect. Anyways, these always worked fine. I found that these high rings with the tri rail actually made the scope just a bit to high, (for me anyways) so I ditched the tri rail.

Yeah, besides, the guy is a local vendor so I fugure…why not…then I have it NOW!!! I did find a green laser that I want, it has the externally adjustable wind/elev, but the guy wanted $130 for the same thing I can get for $50 on E-bay…He is local too and lifetime warranty on laser. Not having to go through HK would be good too 😉

Been using a cheap 30mm one piece for a couple of years…hasn’t given me any trouble, but i’ll have to find the website again.

No problem finding a couple of sites..$15 seems to be the going rate for the one piece 30mm mount.

if you need adjustability, then there are choices,,,but not cheap ones.

I don’t buy anything without checking eBay first.

As an example yesterday I was gonna order a new hood from an online retailer for my wife’s car – the SAME retailer has an eBay store with the same item for $100 less !

Doh…thanks Buzz-kill 😛 I thought I got a good deal @ $10 for one, versus the $25 for 2 that someone else at the show had 🙄

Sorry dude, didn’t mean to harsh your mellow…just remember, Ebay is your base-point. But sometimes, having the goods “in hand and right now” is worth the few extra bux. 😉

But I sure as hell wouldn’t pay B-Square and PA $8 worth of shipping to send me a pair. 🙄

Airgunner, those are definitely nice, I have a pair sitting in my gun box waiting to get into the game.

But I’m a little pissed that to see that PA and B-Square co-opted them and went large on the price… you can get the same ones on e-bay for half of what they’re charging, with free shipping to boot. No way that B-Square all of sudden “invented” them… it’s just a pass-through.

I have a 1 piece 30mm leapers scope mount you can have.

I use the 1″ version on my SS at the moment – Just don’t have a 30mm scope and don’t see myself getting one anytime soon.

This adapter is great! I just got one @ the gun show this weekend so I can now mount my foregrip!

Very easy to install… and sharp looking:

On this website they come in a 2 pack…and only $23

If you want to expand your options think about using a Dovetail to Weaver adapter. Lots of 30mm rings in Weaver and it makes changing optics much simpler and faster and you only need regular height rings

Buzzcat I have a tri-rail and 2 piece Accushot high mounts on one and tri-rail and 2 piece
Accushot med mounts on the other…Both give plenty clearance for the 56mm objective…
