Q:

Bi-Pod Mounting…

I would “assume” that I can put the swivel post in the front part of the fore stock and attach bi-pod to it that way????? TIA

Thanks, that’s what I figured…I personally H A T E the Weaver and the
Picatinny mounting stuff…another reason to have an Air Force gun 😀 😀

You can drill a hole and corkscrew in one of the wood screw sling studs or you can drill and tap the hole for a bolt on one.

Marmot Militia made me a sweet Adapter that I used to attach my Harris Bipod. although mine is a fixed Bipod, I just didn’t see the need for the swivel model and the fixed ones seem to be a little less clunky.

He machined a piece that slid on the lower rail and had a swivel stud built on it. Works great and much sturdier then the cheesy one that comes from Air Force
