Q:

Bipod for EDgun

I’ve seen several small size bipods on the EDguns and was wondering what is the recommendation for a very good bipod for the EDgun?

Thanks,

Carl

this is how mine is setup with Harris S-BRM bipod and swivel stud.

Hi Carl, (maybe you allready bought another one…)
I have mounted this one on my Matador, I allso click it on my OberlandOA German AR15) and even Sako TRG. It is great!! A real ‘tech’ bipod.

Best regards,

You only need a swivel stud – no rails needed, unless that is what you want. Someone around here used a rail – can’t remember who???

Anyway, I bought this set:

I wound up using the small stud because I was afraid of it popping through the other side. It works and holds just fine.

I decided to buy this : http://www.harrisbipods.com/HBRMS.html

but what rail do I need on the gun for this bipod ? What do I need to buy to

have the complete setup ? Ted ? …

Harris S-BRM (swivel with notched legs) with a KMW Pod-Loc is a great setup. I’ve got 2 setups (a 6-9″ and a 9-13″.)

Quick and easy adjustment of leg height with the notched legs (and they won’t slip like the friction-lock legs occasionally do), the swivel keeps you on the level, and the Pod-Loc allows easy fingertip adjustment of swivel resistance.

I’ve only tried two…

This UTG was unsatisfactory – too much “wiggle”

This Harris Bipod is as solid as a rock. It is the bipod I use when filming my EdgunUSA videos on youtube.

Carl,

There is a clone Harris bipod that you can get cheaper compare to the original harris bipod, it does everything that Harris S-series bipod can do. Checkout the link below.

You also need Sling swivel mount, there are several type you can choose from

I like either 1 of these below.

Or just buy the Sling Swivel Stud Screw below will be fine also.

This is the one I have on both Matadors… Light weight, adjustable, swivels
and tilts… Mounts using a sling stud….

Harris S-series would be a perfect choice.
