Bitching and praising Hawke scopes

I don’t know how or why, but today Eddie was shooting a full 4-5 inches to the left at 50 yards.
So, figuring the Hawke 4014 8x32x56 scope was bumped or knocked, I just clicked 15 times to the left.
POI was the same? WTF. Held down the gun secure and tried to move the x hairs to the pellet poi.
The damn x hairs did not move even though I was moving the scope turrent.

A call to Hawke..talked to a tech guy by the name of…JEFF

This guy took care of me !!! He took the time to spend 20 min troubleshooting with me on the phone.

Scope going back for repair or replace.
