Black Beauties – Long wait is over
After waiting 8 months or more and the slow boat out of Russia – the R3 Long is here. Both are topped with what I consider the finest scope available, the Bushnell 42-6245 Tactical scope. I have a LOT of scopes and this one is the best ( even the green Nikkos )
Now my collection is complete. Thanks Ed and Tony. Now off for some shottin. 🙂

When you get a chance, please do me a favor. Nik called me tonight and asked which I thought was better in the wind, the 22 or the 25. I think the 25 does a lot better in wind.
I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
Nice R3. I can’t wait for Tony to let me know when my R3 comes in. It will be Christmas whenever Tony says it will be.

In my experience with my 25’s and 22’s ( I have @ 6 of each cals ) – the 25Cal projectile is far better in crosswinds than the 22cal.
