An insert like that could be made for an SS. The question would be is there enough volume in just the SS shroud to get the same effect. My experience says that you can get close but not totally silent.
I got over my initial excitement and now see that its not an insert for a SS but an extension. Will a baffle of this design work as an insert, or is there not enough space in there to get a decent result?

Thats freakin amazing. I’ve read about the guys who get their LDR’s and think the gun misfired when they first shot it and still didnt really believe it, but there’s the proof. If anyone will sell the baffle only to fit in the SS, because I will snap that up, feel free to reply here or PM me, please!
I am gonna make one out of delrin tonight, and see how it goes against my current baffles. Sucks not having a mill though, hand-drilling those holes will not be fun(or accurate) 😆

I can see that the large holes go all the way through, but do the small holes in the side? it sort of looks like they are only partially drilled.
