I had the same thing happening with my trigger about a year ago on my TT tuned .25 Condor. The safety worked fine for 200-300 shots and was very smooth (and quiet) when disengaging it. Until one day the gun started discharging when taking the safety off (nice .25 hole in the wall). Scared the crap out of me the 1st time it happened. I sent it to Tony and he said I needed a new trigger assembly because the aftermarket/stiffer spring he used to use in his tunes sometimes bends the trigger parts.. so he replaced the trigger, and installed a factory spring. I like the factory spring better (w/Tony’s 90gramm hammer). The gun has LESS recoil than it used to with the stock spring, and it’s a little more quiet than before. I only lost about 2-3fpe with the spring swap, so now instead of 90fpe I get 88fpe with EunJins. No biggie 🙂
Maybe you can align or replace a trigger or safety part, without replacing the entire trigger assembly? Let us know if you figure it out.

I wonder why it only shoots the heavy .25 EunJin’s at 880.. (that means Kodiaks are only about 980). Mine shoots EunJins at >960fps but they shoot erratically for some reason at lower velocity too. The barrel only likes JSB and Kodies 🙁

I have had this happen in the past. A little stretch on the sear spring took care of it.
But if I were you, I would take that safety out all together. Remove the pins, safety piece, bar and springs. Reinsert pin and now you will no longer have to deal with an unsafe safety. Simply cock and uncock your gun. You will never have to worry about it going off accidently again.
