Q:

Bullpup style .22 airguns, in bulk fill CO2 or maybe PCP

I would love to have a bullpup style .22 airgun that uses bulk fill CO2. At the moment, I don’t have tons of extra cash on hand so I would be likely looking at the more affordable options that may exist. If history tells us anything though, I will still get whatever gun really stands out to me, just may take longer.

Anyway, back to my question, what is out there on the market that fits my description?

Bulk fill Co2 I think is pretty cool, and with a long enough barrel (which the bullpup design allows) velocity can still be acceptable. PCP would also be cool, but for this particular dream of mine CO2 is what I’d be looking for.

THanks,

I may know another option.
Benjamin Discovery, custom bullpup stock

not a bull-pup, but I tell ya, with a laser, off the hip this is pretty fun

Yeah, the edgun is legendary and if available more easily I’d bet most of us on this forum would own one. Again, priced high or low, the edgun stands out and I would eventually buy one if more available.

The reason CO2 sounds attractive in such a gun is:

1. Number of shots per fill.
2. Ease of fill (because of paintball popularity)
3. Consistency of the gas pressure from full tank to empty (assuming tank temperature is constant, rate of fire would determine tank temp-I prefer to cherry pick my shots when hunting so it works well for me).
4. With the barrel length as long as bullpup designs allow, velocity can be acceptable for me.

I would suggest contacting bryan and associates, they have an old photo of a nickle plated, CO2-powered Filipino bullpup. It is seriously fucking ugly, but it does fit your description.

If you could “settle” for a precharged bullpup, only the Russians are making them: EdGun, Demyan, and Hooligun. Prices start at $1200 and go up from there if you can get your hands on them.

Good luck.

Why CO2 if you don’t mind me asking?
