Q:

bushings like I have never seen

I bought this gun used, so I know nothing about who made it. It is a .25 cal condor with 24″ inch barrel and shroud (shroud not in pictures). It is VERY quite and VERY accurate with kodiak pellets 33 yards and all the pellet holes touch. It is petty good with FTS pellets also.

I recently took it apart of add a new wood forearm I made to it and polish the safety. I was surprised to find this bushing arrangement inside. Who makes the bushing this way? Note how the front barrel mounting screws are not even used. The front of the barrel just rides on the oring on the front bushing which is over twice as far from the rear bushing as normal.

Ive got my front bushing in almost the same place, but no orings and I used screws on mine.

Shoots better that way.

Those bush were made in the days of the TOG but I cannot remember who.

I think it was Tim yup pretty sure.
