A heat gun will work as well

C’mon. A propane torch is a much better diabolical tinkering tool.

Soak it overnight in Liquid Wrench, then hit it with a propane torch. That’ll usually do it.

Do not force the screw with said wrench. Just get a bigger wrench! Like do not force, as they say, just get a bigger hammer :4:
